Laboratory
An "in-house" laboratory is equipped with capabilities to monitor, control and measure – giving an ability of instant Promot-ZM production processes measuring.
The basic measuring and control devices:
- coordinate measuring machine Zeiss Vista CMM 3D
- coordinate measuring machine Aberlink CMM 3D
- profilograph device – PCV Mahr
- surface roughness tester Mitutoyo
All products produced are supervised firstly at the working stations, and secondly in laboratory according to process control plans. This provides Quality control within the production team.
